Stuart Pettigrew was recently engaged to help design an agricultural support program in western Myanmar, funded by the New Zealand government. The assignment was especially challenging due to remote areas, but also monsoon rains that caused significant flooding during the mission. The final project design reflected the challenges faced in such remote and difficult conditions.
