During the period 2007 to 2012, Stuart worked on several water resource projects with the Stockholm International Water Institute. Several of the reports prepared under this contract work are included here.

Form 2010 to 2012, Stuart was engaged as the Agribusiness Advisor to the Horticulture Promotion in Kosovo Project, funded by the Swiss and Danish Governments. A major part of this work involved developing the 'Product Aggregation' strategy for vegetables. A report on this activity is attached.
